We demonstrated an optofluidic evanescent wave sensor by coupling two light sources with different wavelengths in an optofluidic liquid-core/ liquid-cladding (L2) waveguide. The unwanted neutral effects originated from external noises could be removed by the normalization of intensities from light sources with two different wavelengths. Moreover, the different absorption properties of analytes could enhance the resolution during the analysis of the sample.
