본 발명은 제1 프레임; 상기 제1 프레임과 마주보도록 형성되는 제2 프레임; 및 상기 제1 프레임과 상기 제2 프레임 사이에 형성되고, 내부에 환자를 수용하는 수용공간을 형성하는 챔버를 포함하고, 상기 챔버는, 상기 제1 프레임과 상기 제2 프레임 간의 거리에 따라, 텔레스코픽(telescopic) 방식으로 길이 조절되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 환자 이송 장치에 관한 것이다.
