A BEM technique is developed to analyze the acoustic field around the turboprop aircraft in cruise flight and convective boundary integral equation is used to consider the moving medium effect. The propeller is modeled by point monopoles and dipoles to consider the thickness noise and the loading noise. For computational efficiency, frequency domain analysis is conducted and the Kirchhoff source concept is used to implement the propeller in the frequency domain analysis. Result from the BEM analysis is compared with the analytical solution to validate the methodology and it showed good agreement.
