양극산화법을 이용한 베마이트 나노입자 대량 제조방법 및 장치Method and apparatus for mass production of boehmite nanoparticles or bayerlite using anodization
베마이트(AlO(OH))를 형성하기 위한 알루미늄으로 이루어진 양극 및 음극을 전해질 용액 내로 침지시키는 단계; 및 상기 양극 및 음극에 전압을 인가하여 양극에서 베마이트를 형성시키는 단계;를 포함하고, 상기 베마이트를 형성시키는 단계는 25℃ 초과 100℃ 미만의 온도 범위에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 베마이트 나노입자의 제조방법이 개시된다.
