암 신호전달 네트워크에서 섭동되는 표적노드와 함께 조합되어 섭동되는 조합표적노드를 결정하는 방법을 공개한다. 이 방법은, 표적노드의 섭동 전후의 신호전달 네트워크의 후보노드의 활성도인 제1활성도와 제2활성도 간의 차이값을 기초로 상기 후보노드의 활성변화를 산출하고, 활성변화에 비례하는 스코어를 기초로 상기 후보노드를 상기 표적노드와 함께 섭동하는 조합표적노드로 결정할지 여부를 결정한다.
