본 발명의 일 실시예는, 정전분무 노즐 필름을 구비한 정전분무부; 상기 정전분무부로 전원과 초순수를 공급하는 전원부; 및 상기 정전분무부와 상기 전원부의 동작을 제어하는 제어부;를 포함하고, 상기 정전분무부 내의 가습된 공기는 상기 전원부의 연료전지로 공급되는 정전분무 시스템을 개시한다.
