초음파 변환 구조물 및 이를 구비하는 홀로그램 장치를 개시한다. 초음파 변환 구조물은 초음파를 생성하는 초음파 생성기, 초음파가 투과하도록 초음파 생성기와 일체로 결합되고 내부로 유입된 초음파의 파동특성을 선택적으로 변형하는 파동 조절패턴을 구비하여 초음파를 파동 조절패턴에 대응하는 음압분포(sound pressure distribution)를 갖는 간섭음파로 생성하는 음파 조절기, 및 초음파 생성기와 음파 조절기의 결합을 유지하면서 파동 조절패턴의 패턴형상을 변형하여 음압분포를 변경하는 패턴 설정기를 포함한다. 초음파의 위상과 진폭을 간단하게 변경할 수 있다.
