dc.description.abstractThis paper calls attention to the potential of drone technology as a telepresence platform that represents the social personhood of a drone pilot. Its prototype, "avatar drone" is an anthropomorphic life-size telepresence drone with a movable head and arms. Telepresence via a life-size drone has absolute superiority may transform drones as a new type of embodied medium, the social extension of human in the sky.-
