This paper presents a design of 8 array Tapered Slot Antenna (TSA) with calibration coupler for full digital beamforming receiver. Beamforming techniques are regarded as a potential solution to achieve a higher spectrum efficiency for the Fifth-Generation (5G) millimeter Wave (mm-Wave). The phase and magnitude calibration between channels is essential for beamforming. The TSA is a good candidate for mm-Wave communication systems because it can provide broadband, low-complexity, and compact size. The 8 array TSA was designed for the beamforming technique and the calibration coupler using Substrate Integrated Waveguide (SIW) for was designed. The TSA and directional coupler were combined and simulated. The Simulation results present good beamforming performance.
