This paper presents a self-startup PMIC to be used in Thermoelectric generator. The PMIC is designed and fabricated using TMSC-180nm technology. The cold-start voltage of circuit is measured at 60mV, the peak efficiency is 77% @VTEG = 120mV, POUT = 900μW, and Maximum Power Point Tracking is also implemented.
