강유전체를 이용한 광센서로, 기판; 싱기 기판 상에 적층된 제1형 반도체; 및 상기 제1형 반도체와 접촉하여 이종접합 구조를 형성하는 제2형 반도체를 포함하며, 상기 제1형 또는 제2형 반도체 중 적어도 어느 하나는 강유전체인 것을 특징으로하는 강유전체를 이용한 광센서가 제공된다.
