방열 장치heat dissipation device
방열 장치가 개시된다. 본 발명의 일 측면에 따른 방열 장치는, 발열체로부터 받은 열을 발산하는 방열 구조물이 일면에 형성된 방열부 및 상기 방열부의 일면 상에 배치되며 상기 방열부에 유체를 공급하는 유입구와 상기 방열부에서 유체를 배출하는 배출구가 형성된 유체 출입부를 포함하고, 상기 방열 구조물은, 모세관 현상으로 상기 유입구에서 유체를 흡입하는 다공성 구조를 가질 수 있다.
