대사성 글루타메이트 수용체 5가 활성화된 자연 살해 세포 및 이의 용도Natural killer cells with activated Metabotropic glutamate receptor 5 and uses thereof
본 발명은 대사성 글루타메이트 수용체 5(Metabotropic glutamate receptor 5, mGluR5)가 활성화된 자연 살해(Natural killer, NK) 세포의 간질환 치료 용도에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 NK 세포 내에 mGluR5가 존재하고, mGluR5가 활성화되면 간섬유화를 유발할 수 있는 활성화된 간성상세포에 대한 NK 세포의 세포독성이 증대하고, 그 결과 간섬유화가 완화되는 것을 확인하였는 바, NK 세포 특이적 mGluR5 활성을 간질환 치료에 적용할 수 있다.
