dc.description.abstractIn this paper, we focused on a case study of tools aimed at increasing the efficiency of real-time online meetings. In particular, we intensively explored the efficiency of meetings in an online meeting environment where multitasking occurs frequently. The function of the tool consists of a function that enhances the understanding of each utterance and a function that helps to understand the entire context. During the meeting, the understanding of each utterance was improved through speech content, summary, and keywords, and the context of the entire meeting was improved through real-time popular keywords and fixing. Among the various meetings, meetings with discussion characteristics were dealt with, and multitasking environments such as writing minutes and personal tasks were presented-
