Nowadays, demand of energy harvesting which collect wasting energy from various energy sources is increasing because the eco-friendly energy source independent from outer power source is needed due to the environmental problems and emergence of wearable device. Triboelectric nanogenerator is energy harvester which collect mechanical energy and convert it into electricity via triboelectric effect and electrostatic induction. One of the strategies enhancing the performance of triboelectric nanogenerator is fabricating micro/nano surface structures on the contact interfaces of the device. In this thesis, we fabricated surface structures on the contact interface of triboelectric nanogenerator via block copolymer self-assembly and compared the performance of the device.
