본 발명은 탄소나노튜브-나노흡착소재 기반 전극 및 이를 이용한 전기화학적 유가금속 회수장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 유가금속을 선택적으로 흡착할 수 있는 나노흡착소재와 탄소나노튜브를 포함하는 전극을 산화전극으로 사용하여 전자폐기물 폐수로부터 선택적으로 흡착한 유가금속을 산화시킴과 동시에 이를 환원전극에서 환원시켜 유가금속을 분리 회수하는 친환경적인 탄소나노튜브-나노흡착소재 기반 전극 및 이를 이용한 전기화학적 유가금속 회수장치에 관한 것이다.
