이온가교된 고분자를 이용한 수처리용 분리막의 제조방법Method of Preparing Separation Membrane for Water Treatment Using Ionic Crosslinked Polymer
본 발명은 비닐기, 아크릴기 또는 메타아크릴기를 포함하는 친핵체 단량체와 비닐기, 아크릴기 또는 메타아크릴기 및 알킬할라이드 작용기를 포함하는 친전자체 단량체 및 개시제를 기상으로 라디칼 중합함과 동시에 기판 상에 코팅하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이온가교된 고분자가 코팅된 수처리용 분리막의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 후처리 없이도 매우 높은 효율과 투과도의 물과 기름 분리 성능을 가지는 이온가교된 고분자가 코팅된 분리막을 단지 1단계의 공정으로 쉽게 제조하는 것이 가능하여 비용 절감 효과가 있다.
