유지 과정이 도입된 ALD 공정에 의한 무기막이 증착된 금속 촉매의 제조방법 및 그에 따라 제조된 금속 촉매Method for preparing inorganic film coated metal catalyst by ALD process with maintenance step and metal catalyst thereof
본 발명은 본 발명은 원자층 증착(ALD) 공정을 이용한 무기막이 증착된 금속 촉매의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 더욱 상세하게는 ALD 공정에 유지 과정 (maintenance step)을 도입함으로써 최적 공정 조건을 제공하고자 한다. 이에 따라, 다공성 촉매 내부 구조까지 균일하게 무기막을 증착시킬 수 있고, 우수한 촉매 활성도와 소결 방지 효과를 제공할 수 있다.
