고종횡비 격벽패턴을 이용하여 광추출 효율을 향상시킨 발광형 표시장치의 제조방법Method of Preparing Light Emitting Display Device Having Improved Light Extraction Efficiency Using High Aspect Ratio Partition Pattern
본 발명은 고종횡비 격벽패턴을 이용하여 광추출 효율을 향상시킨 발광형 표시장치의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 이차스퍼터링 현상을 이용하여 화소정의막에 수십 나노 두께의 격벽형 패턴의 반사막 구조체를 형성함으로써 종래 기술의 문제점이었던 광추출 한계와 색간 간섭문제를 해결하고 빛을 재활용하여 디스플레이 제품의 발광층에서 나오는 빛 추출 성능을 향상시킬 수 있다.
