| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 주입 잠금 발진기의 발진 주파수 교정 장치를 공개한다. 이 장치는 주파수 레벨 값을 인가받아 위상 동기 루프 주파수에 응답하여 분주된 주파수 레벨 별 분주 주파수를 출력하는 멀티 모듈 분주기; 상기 위상 동기 루프 주파수 신호와 상기 분주된 주파수 레벨 별 분주 주파수 신호를 입력받아, 주파수를 가산 및 감산하여 출력하는 단측파 대역 연산기; 상기 가산 및 감산된 주파수를 공진 주파수로 하는 커패시턴스 값을 디지털 코드로 변환하여 주파수 도약을 실행시켜 발진 주파수 신호를 출력하는 주입 잠금 발진기; 및 상기 발진 주파수 신호를 인가받아 상기 주입 잠금 발진기의 공진 주파수를 요구되는 주입 신호의 주파수와 일치시켜 양측 밴드에서 주파수 교란을 제거하는 주파수 교정기; 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 의할 경우, 멀티 주파수 레벨에서 동작하는 주파수 합성기에서 주파수 변동에 취약한 주입 잠금 발진기에 발생할 수 있는 잠금 오류 및 위상 노이즈 저하 현상을 최소화 시킴으로써, 다음 단을 동작시키는 데에 충분한 출력을 가지고 고속 주파수 도약을 할 수 있게 된다. | - |
