본 발명에 따른 유동교란 장치는 냉매가 유동되는 유동공간을 가지는 냉매배관 및 상기 냉매배관의 내부에 배치되어 상기 냉매배관 내의 냉매 유동에 의해 진동되어 상기 냉매배관을 유동하는 냉매를 교란하는 적어도 하나의 교란부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
