본 발명은 생체적합성 그래핀 양자점의 제조방법 및 이의 제조방법으로 제조되는 생체적합성 그래핀 양자점에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로는 수소를 포함하는 혼합가스가 공급되는 감압 분위기에서 탄화규소 기판을 열분해하여 그래핀 양자점을 제조하는 단계; 및 상기 제조된 그래핀 양자점을 친수화 처리하는 단계;를 포함하는 생체적합성 그래핀 양자점의 제조방법 및 이의 제조방법으로 제조되는 생체적합성 그래핀 양자점에 관한 것이다.
