| dc.description.abstract | 스커미온을 이용하는 논리소자로, 입력부; 출력부; 및 상기 입력부 및 출력부 사이에 위치하며, 스커미온이 소멸할 수 있는 적어도 하나의 노치를 포함하는 연산부;를 포함하며, 상기 논리소자는 인가되는 전류에 의하여 스커미온이 입력부에서 출력부 측으로 이동하는 논리소자가 개시된다. 본 발명의 일 측면에서 제공되는 논리소자는 스커미온의 소멸을 이용함으로써, 비교적 적은 전력을 소모하며, 고집적성을 가질 수 있으며, 기존의 논리소자에 비하여 매우 간단한 구조를 가질 수 있는 효과가 있다. | - |
