적혈구를 글루타르알데히드로 화학수정하는 방법Chemical-modification method of Red Blood Cell by Glutaraldehyde
본 발명은 홀로우파이버를 사용하여 보다 효율적으로 적혈구를 글루타르알데히드로 화학 수정할 수 있는 방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명의 화학 수정 방법은 먼저 글루타르알데히드 수용액을 홀로우파이버가 관통하도록 설치된 용기 내에 채우는 단계와 상기 홀로우파이버 일단에 적혈구용액을 투입하고 홀로우파이버를 통하여 글루타르알데히드를 적혈구와 반응시킨 후 홀로우파이버의 타단을 통하여 글루타르알데히드와 반응한 적혈구를 회수하는 단계를 포함한다.
