복합재료 거푸집COMPOSITE MATERIAL MOLD
본 발명은 거푸집의 목재나 강철부분을 복합재료로 대체함으로써, 수분에 대한 영향을 받지 않고 반영구적으로 사용할 수 있으며 경량화함으로써 작업성을 향상시킬 수 있는 복합재료 거푸집을 제공하는 데 그 목적이 있다.본 발명에 따르면, 유리섬유로 보강된 고분자 복합재료나 SMC(Sheet Mold Compound)로 성형된 복합재료판(21)과, 상기 복합재료판(21)의 이면에 일체형으로 형성된 보강리브(22)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합재료 거푸집이 제공된다.
