This paper proposes a secure unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) communication system with transmit-array antenna. We aim to maximize the average secrecy rate by jointly opti- mizing the trajectory of the UAV, the phase shifters of the in- telligent transmitting surface (ITS), and the transmit beam-forming vector. To address the non-convexity of the formu- lated optimization problem, we apply an
alternating opti- mization (AO) technique. Simulation results verify the pro- posed optimization method and demonstrate the improved secrecy rate with the transmit-array antenna.
