고유전율계 캐패시터 조성물HIGH DIELECTRIC CERAMIC COMPOSITION
본 발명은 고유전율계 캐패시터 조성물에 관한 것으로 특히 산화연(Pbo) 삼산화철(Fe2O3) 오산화니오븀(Nb2O5) 오산화탄탈(Ta2O5) 산화니켈(NiO) 산화아연(ZnO)등의 산화물로 합성된 Pb(Fe1/2Nb1/2)O3-Pb(Fe1/2Ta1/2)O3-Pb(Ni1/3Nb2/3)O3-Pb(Zn1/3Nb2/3)O3 4성분계에 망간(Mn)과 같은 천이금속을 첨가하여 10000 이상의 유전율을 가지고 Y5V의 온도 특성을 만족시키며 2.6% 미만의 비교적 낮은 손실계수를 가지는 유전체 자기 조성물에 관한 것이다.
