| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 올레핀 중합용 메탈로센 촉매의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.좀 더 구체적으로, 본 발명은 올레핀 종합용으로 고활성을 지닌 중성 형태 및 양이온 형태의 4족 금속 메탈로센 촉매를 간단한 공정에 의해 고수율로 제조할 수 있는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 메탈로센 촉매 제조방법은 할로겐화금속 화합물을 유기용매의 존재하에서 2 내지 2.2당량의 리튬화합물과 반응시켜 디알킬 할로겐화금속 화합물을 제조하는 공정; 전기 공정에서 수득한 디알킬 할로겐화금속 화합물을 이중 음이온을 지닌 리간드와 반응시켜 양이온 형태의 메탈로센 촉매를 제조하는 공정; 및, 전기 공정에서 수득한 양이온 형태의 메탈로센 촉매를 유기용매의 존재하에서 염화수소 기체 또는 아민.염산염과 반응시켜 중성 형태의 메탈로센 촉매를 제조하는 공정을 포함한다. 본 발명의 제조방법에 의해 올레핀 중합용 촉매로 유용한 양이온 형태의 메탈로센 촉매 및 중성 형태의 메탈로센 촉매를 간단한 공정에 의해 고수율로 제조할 수 있다는 것이 확인되었다. | - |
