Eco-Industrial Park promotes sustainable industrial development and implants a promising industrial ecological concept. The Eco-Industrial Park improves the environmental performance by management of materials, energy and waste by products. The Eco-industrial Park improves the economical performance of the companies which are participating in order to minimize the environmental problems. The Chemical and Petrochemical companies consumes large amount of water. The wastewater coming from the companies are more acidic or basic. The cost used to the individual treatment of the wastewater is quite expensive especially for the high acidic or high basic water. These require of large quantities of acid or base in order to neutralize the wastewater. Few companies they let to release the wastewater to the nearby lakes, rivers or sea to avoid the excess cost of treatment of wastewater leads to the severe environmental pollution. The water management can be made by making a network between the companies in order to self neutralization of wastewater between the companies. The cost used for the self neutralization of wastewater network is less than half of the individual cost of neutralization. In this study, the optimal cost for the networking the wastewater between the companies is proposed by means of self-neutralization method. The self-neutralization achieved by direct acid/base neutralization in the waste water network. Hence, the benefit of achieving the minimum cost for the treatment of wastewater and reducing the environmental impacts.
