본 발명은 표면 증강 라만 산란 활성을 갖는 복합체 및 이의 방법으로 복합체에 관한 것으로, 상세하게는 하이드로겔 전구체, 금속 나노입자 전구체 및 광 개시제를 혼합한 혼합용액을 제조하는 단계; 및 상기 혼합용액에 광을 조사하여 하이드로겔 및 금속 나노입자를 동시에 형성하는 단계;를 포함하며, 표면 증강 라만 산란 활성을 갖는 복합체를 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 표면 증강 라만 산란용 복합체의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
