진동형 히트 파이프 채널 구조 설계 방법 및 이를 이용한 열 분산 장치Design Method of a Channel Layout in a Pulsating Heat Pipe, and Heat Dissipation Device Using It
본 발명은 진동형 히트 파이프의 채널 구조 설계 방법 및 이를 이용한 열 분산 장치에 관한 것으로, 진동형 히트 파이프는 복수의 채널들 중의 적어도 일부 채널들이 합쳐져 상기 복수의 채널들 중 절반을 초과하는 개수의 채널들이 발열부 영역과 적어도 일부 중첩되도록 설계된 채널 구조를 가질 수 있고, 열 분산 장치는 상기 진동형 히트 파이프를 포함할 수 있으며, 열 분산 장치는 국소 발열 조건에서 열 분산을 효율적으로 수행할 수 있도록 하여 줄 수 있다.
