| dc.description.abstract | 크리스퍼 유전자 가위 기술이 발전함에 따라 유전자 치료에 관한 연구도 활발하게 이루어지고 있다. 우리나라에서는 생명윤리법 제47조에서 유전자 치료 연구가 허용되는 요건 두 가지를 정하고 있는데, 이러한 규제가 과도하다는 지적이 잇따르면서 관련 규제를 완화하고자 최근 생명윤리법 제47조가 개정되었다. 이에 따라 본 학위논문에서는 크리스퍼 유전자 기술과 유전자 치료의 기술적 특성을 알아보고, 외국의 규제 방식과 생명윤리법상 규제 현황을 알아본 뒤, 이를 종합하여 생명윤리법 제47조의 규제가 적절한지, 그리고 어떠한 점을 더 고려해볼 수 있는지에 대해 살펴보고자 한다. | - |
