Cardiovascular disease is a disease with a high mortality rate, and abnormal blood flow rates can be a predictor of cardiovascular disease. To diagnose a disease early, a patch-type medical device capable of continuously monitoring the blood flow rate is required, but currently commercialized ultrasonic blood flow measurement devices have a large size and a large power consumption limit. In this dissertation paper, it was proposed and verified that the size problem of equipment can be solved by processing data in a user computer and measuring it by Ultrasound Pulse Wave Mode using optimized parameters. The measurement parameters were optimized by MATLAB simulation and the measurement results using them were compared with the simulation results to show that the optimized parameters are easy to measure blood flow. It was shown that the fluid flow inside the tube through which the blood flow simulation solution flows is a flow with a high ratio of laminar flow. The measurement experiment result was measured with a maximum standard deviation of 7.84cm/s. Blood flow was measured with 50k data pointers, and it was shown that the minimum number of pulses required for Pulse Wave Mode was 5
