(The) disbursement of official development assistance for climate change adaptation: focusing on vulnerability, adaptive capacity, and readiness기후변화 적응 분야를 위한 공적개발원조금 지출에 관한 연구: 취약성, 적응 능력, 준비성에 집중하여
International agreements are increasing as the threats of climate change increase. The actions against climate change are divided into two categories: mitigation and adaptation. International organizations recommend ‘vulnerable’ countries for climate change should be prioritized to receive official development assistance, but the criteria for vulnerability is ambiguous. Therefore, this study divides vulnerability into three indicators: physical vulnerability, social absorptivity, and economic readiness and find which characteristics of recipients attract donors’ disbursement of adaptation aid.
