Investigating metal halide perovskites: advanced measurements and strategies for developing high efficiency solar cells고효율 금속 할라이드 페로브스카이트 태양전지 개발에 관한 연구
In recent years, metal halide perovskites have emerged as the most promising next-generation photovoltaic technology and are already showing single-junction PCEs greater than 25%. With efficiencies now in par with those of silicon solar cells, the perovskite community is looking towards commercialization of perovskite solar cells. However, several issues remain that must be addressed in order for further advancements in perovskite technology. In this thesis we aim to address some of these issues, including the need for fundamental characterization on this material and the need for further increase in efficiency through the use of advanced tandem technology.
