dc.description.abstract | Liquid phase transmission electron microscopy has been used to observe the structure of nanoparticles. Cryogenic electron microscopy tomography has been used to observe the three-dimensional structure of proteins. In this thesis, first, nanofluidic chip fabrication for cryogenic electron microscopy tomography will be covered. Second, it will be dealt with to solve the image distortion caused by spherical aberration and defocus of the electron microscope objective lens by correcting the contrast transfer function using the TEM simulation program and the Wiener filter method. | - |
