전도성 고분자 조성물, 이를 이용한 전도성 고분자 박막, 전자 소자 및 유기 발광 소자Conductive polymer composition, conductive polymer thin film, electronic device and organic light emitting device using the same
본 발명의 일 측면에 따라서 고분자 나노입자 용액; 및 전도성 고분자 용액; 을 포함하는 전도성 고분자 조성물로서, 상기 고분자 나노입자 용액 중 상기 고분자 나노입자의 농도는 0.5 내지 2 wt/vol %이고, 상기 전도성 고분자 용액 중 상기 전도성 고분자의 농도는 1 내지 3 wt/vol %이고, 상기 고분자 나노입자 용액의 함량이 상기 전도성 고분자 조성물 전체 부피에 대하여 10 내지 80 부피 % 인 전도성 고분자 조성물을 개시한다.
