태양전지－열전소자 융합형 발전장치Monolithic Photovoltaic－Thermoelectric Hybrid Power Generator
본 발명은 태양전지와 열전소자가 융합된 융합형 발전장치에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 발전장치는 태양전지부; 상기 태양전지부 하부에 위치하는 열전소자부; 및 상기 태양전지부와 열전소자부 사이에 위치하며, 이 광자 흡수(two photon absorption)에 의해 태양전지부를 통과하여 열전소자부 쪽으로 입사되는 광을 흡수하는 광열 변환층(photothermal conversion layer);을 포함한다.
