| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 램프; 및 핵-껍질 구조의 페로브스카이트 나노결정입자(110)를 포함하는, 복수의 페로브스카이트 층(100)을 포함하는 백라이트 유닛(1000)인 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명은 페로브스카이트를 사용한 백라이트 유닛(1000)을 이용하여 액정 표시 장치를 구성함으로써 기존의 장치보다 색재현율 및 색순도를 크게 향상시킬 수 있다. 또한 페로브스카이트 발광체에 금속 나노 입자와의 국소 표면 플라즈몬 공명 현상을 적용하여 동일 소비 전력에 대해 페로브스카이트 발광체로부터의 광 출력을 더 크게 함으로써 고색재현, 고색순도, 저소비전력의 액정 표시 장치를 구현할 수 있다. | - |
