본 발명은 전기화학 반응용 C@C3N4에 담지된 팔라듐 단일원자촉매(single atom catalyst, SAC) 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 보다 상세하게는, 본 발명의 C@C3N4는 박층의 그래피틱 카본 나이트라이드(graphitic carbon nitride, C3N4)가 비정질의 카본 블랙(carbon black)에 삽입된 담지체로서, C@C3N4에 담지된 팔라듐 단일원자촉매를 이용하는 경우, 산소환원반응(ORR)에서 과산화수소(H2O2) 형성에 대한 높은 활성 및 선택도를 얻을 수 있다.
