dc.description.abstractWe report that large scale graphene plasmonic resonator is realizable by substituting substrate materal with the epsilon-near-zero silicon carbide. Decreasing background permittivity makes it possible to obtain a 1 m width of graphene ribbon supporting resonance mode at mid-infrared.-
