| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 소재고유형 스트레쳐블 유기태양전지, 그의 제조방법 및 그를 포함한 전자장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 소재고유형 스트레쳐블 유기태양전지는 신축성 기판 상에, 전하 수송층, 공액계 폴리머로 이루어진 유기계 광활성층 및 신축성 전도체로 이루어진 전극층을 포함한 것으로, 각 층을 구성하는 신축성 구성요소간 우수한 계면 결합을 유도하여 단일 시스템으로 통합(seamlessly integrating)함으로써, 우수한 초기 전력 변환 효율(PCE) 및 반복적인 인장 변형에도 초기 PCE의 70% 이상이 유지되는 기계적 견고성이 확보되어, 센서, 전자스킨, 플렉시블 디스플레이 및 스트레쳐블 디스플레이로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나에 적용된 전자장치에 유용하다. | - |
