자기적 상태 변환 장치MAGNETIC STATE CONVERTING APPARATUS
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 자기적 상태 변환 장치는 전자의 평균 스핀이 0이 아닌 분극 전류를 인가 받음에 따라 자기적 상태(magnetic state)가 변환되어 전기 전도도가 변하는 자성 변환 물질 및 자성 변환 물질에 분극 전류를 생성하여 인가하는 분극 전류 인가부를 포함한다.
