dc.description.abstract | We propose a scheme for on-chip single photon sources that is near-deterministic and suitable for mass production. Our photon sources are fabricated on a thin-film lithium niobate platform and exploit a dual-mode pump-delayed excitation to engineer the spectral purity of single photons. To achieve this goal, we designed spiral multi-mode waveguides that enable inter-modal spontaneous four-wave mixing. | - |
