본 발명은, 분석 시료 내의 표적 균을 포집하기 위한 제1 파이버 및 제1 파이버 상에 배치된 pH 민감성 물질 (pH sensitive material) 로 구성된 제1 케이블, 및 제2 파이버 및 제2 파이버 상에 배치된 전도성 물질로 구성된 제2 케이블을 포함하는 바이오 센서 및 이를 포함하는 치주 질환의 진단에 대한 정보 제공용 키트, 치주 질환의 진단에 대한 정보 제공 방법을 제공한다.
