| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 실리콘 광증배소자(Silicon Photomultipliers)의 동작전압을 찾기위한 실리콘 광증배소자 동작전압 탐색 시스템에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 실리콘 광증배소자 동작전압 탐색 시스템은, 동작전압 검출기에 구동 명령을 인가하고, 동작전압 검출기로부터 실리콘 광증배소자의 동작전압 정보를 수신하여 실리콘 광증배소자의 동작전압을 표시하는 통제단말; 및 상기 통제단말로부터의 구동 명령에 따라 구동하여 실리콘 광증배소자에 역방향 바이어스 전압을 조절하여 출력하면서 실리콘 광증배소자로부터 인가되는 신호에 의거하여 실리콘 광증배소자에서 아발란치 효과(avalanche effect)를 유발시키는 실리콘 광증배소자의 동작전압을 찾아내어서 상기 통제단말에 실리콘 광증배소자의 동작전압 정보를 전송하는 동작전압 검출기;를 포함한다. 본 발명은 실리콘 광증배소자에서 아발란치 효과를 유발시키는 실리콘 광증배소자의 동작전압을 자동으로 정확하게 찾아냄으로써, 실리콘 광증배소자의 동작전압을 경제성있게 효율적으로 찾아낸다. | - |
