Disclosed herein is a mesoporous silica nanoparticle composite for biomedical treatment, including ceria nanoparticles, a method of producing the same, and a pharmaceutical composition. The mesoporous silica nanoparticle composite for biomedical treatment includes: mesoporous silica nanoparticles; cytokine loaded to the mesoporous silica nanoparticles; ceria nanoparticles loaded to the mesoporous silica nanoparticles; and liposome coated on the porous silica nanoparticles.
