dc.description.abstractLead halide perovskite material which has the general chemical formula $APbX_3$, has emerged as a new promising material for optoelectronic application purposes due to its superior photo-physics compare to traditional semiconductors such as defect tolerant, high carriers mobility, high quantum yield and cheap to synthesis. By manipulating the stoichiometry of the elements, we can change the optoelectronic properties of this material. By mixing the X site (halide), the bandgap of lead halide perovskite can be manipulated. In this work, $MAPbI_{3-x}Br_x$ ($MA: CH_{3}NH_3$) mixed halide perovskite thin film is synthesis from $MAPbI_3$ pure halide perovskite with the modified in-air sublimation halide exchange method. The structure and optical properties depending on halide composition are then investigated.-
