dc.description.abstract | All-inorganic cesium lead halide perovskite nanocrystals ($CsPbX_3$, X = Cl, Br, I and mixed halide Cl/Br, Br/I) exhibit outstanding photoluminescence properties such as high quantum yields, narrow emission full width at half maximum(FWHM) and facile color-tunable property. Since the synthetic reaction of perovskite has extremely fast reaction rate, conventional batch systems with non-uniform heat and mass transfer have limitations of scale up. In this work, the continuous synthetic strategy of cesium lead halide perovskite nanocrystals by using bolt-nut shape microreactor was studied. Perovskite nanocrystals with tunable photoluminescence according to halide element raio and narrow FWHM were prepared at extra-high throughput. By using bolt-nut microreactor, mixed halide perovskites had a narrower FWHM which was reduced by up to 29 % compared to the batch reactor. Continuous synthesis of cesium lead halide perovskite nanocrystals in a bolt-nut microreactor can promote industrialization of various application fields where the perovskite can be used. MCBE | - |
