Nanoparticle scintillator is studied a lot because of its various properties. For nanoparticles smaller than the wavelength of light, these nanoparticles make less light spreading when the light penetrates the nanoparticles. If nanoparticle scintillators are used for X-ray imaging devices, it has the advantage of increasing the spatial resolution of the X-ray image due to low light spreading. Meanwhile, our laboratory developed X-ray imaging system using a sCMOS detector equipped with optical microscopes and miniature X-ray tubes. Because this device obtains images in the form of attaching objects and scintillators and magnifies images using optical microscopes, it has the advantage of significantly less image blurring. Therefore, $ZnWO_4$ nanoparticle scintillators are not only fabricated directly by using the anodization method and solid state reaction, but also applied to the developed X-ray imaging device to improve the spatial resolution of X-ray image.
